Services provided by KKSF that may store your PII include DHARMIX – JATHAKA PARIVARTHANA SERVICES, and other volunteer activities (“Service”).

Information is collected when you register for any Service or provide your information as part of a Service. Information that we gather depends on the service which appear in the data collection form.

How is PII collected and tracked?

The Service collects PII for data analysis, the effectiveness of the Service as well as evaluate and improve our websites or apps, to ensure that we are able to fulfil the requirements to deliver personalized experience.

Sharing of information

All information gathered is handled with the utmost care and security. By law we also have to cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information. All or subset of information will be shared with other parties to provide the service.  Parties may include eligible Dharmix users or other similar matrimony organizations.

Deletion of Information

If at any time you would like your PII deleted, you may do so by contacting: contact@kksfusa.org.  KKSF will delete all data that it is not legally required to maintain as part of its not-for-profit status.

Security Precautions for your data

Our goal is to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures. We have appropriate internal control measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we gather. There is no guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. We have strict security guidelines to protect the data against unauthorized access.

Third-party disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information without your prior consent. If at any time you wish to revoke that consent, you may do so by contacting: contact@kksusa.org.
